So yummy! Most of the meals are really good and the staff is so nice and friendly. My new favorite dish is the Mariscala and I never would have thought fish in the midwest would be good, but this dish is seriously AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend it and this restaurant.

Yummy mixed fajita! Chicken, steak and shrimp. So good. I declined chips and all carbs, including beans, rice and tortilla that came with it. Instead they served a nice plate of lettuce, sour cream and the added quacamole I requested. The servers did well at working as a team. Great meal!

Went pretty late in the evening but they were still busy with a track meet crowd. Managed it well. Gave good recommendations and everything we ordered was delicious. The shrimp tacos were maybe the best I've ever had.

Los Tulipanos serves south of the border foods. The dining room was filled with people enjoying dinner. The food we had was good, but not exceptional. Perhaps it is adapted to the iowa taste buds, which are its clientele. Because it was dealing with a full house, we had to wait for awhile. The waitstaff did their best, but with a full house they were straining.
